Confidence Man I OH YOU

I OH YOU has signed Confidence Man to its roster, with label founder Johann Ponniah saying he "couldn't be more hyped".

Ponniah said the band embodies everything an I OH YOU artist should.

"They make music we love, they're ambitious, they challenge themselves and their audience, and they have an unwavering commitment to their vision. To officially welcome them to the I OH YOU family today is an absolute joy," he said.

Ponniah met the group's members around six years ago, and said since their debut single 'Boyfriend (Repeat') in 2016 it's been awesome to stand on the sidelines and watch their achievements.

Their next single 'Holiday' from their sophomore album will be released on Thursday, November 11.

"I'm going to avoid spiralling into longwinded descriptions about what the new Confidence Man record sounds like (there's only so many synonyms for 'great'), but I can let you know that it's been the soundtrack to many of the aforementioned late nights/ early morning/ dance floors over the last two and a half years," he added.
