Ex-Sony Head of A&R Launches New Artist Management Business

The former head of A&R at Sony Music Australia has launched a brand new boutique artist management and consulting company, All Heart Music.

Marietta Chernov announced the new business on Wednesday, saying that the Melbourne-based company will work across artist management, A&R, marketing and publicity. All Heart Music is already boasting an impressive roster that includes Australian star Tones And I (co-management) and burgeoning songwriter Benny Morrell.

“After more than a decade working alongside incredible artists and teams, launching All
Heart Music felt like a natural evolution — and one grounded entirely in the relationships
and values that matter most to me," Chernov said.

“The name All Heart Music really reflects the way I’ve always approached this industry.
Everything starts with genuine belief, trust, creativity and care for the artist and their vision.
I’m passionate about building careers that are not only successful, but lasting and authentic.

“To begin this chapter representing Tones And I and Benny Morrell is incredibly special,
and I’m deeply grateful for their trust and belief in me as we continue building together.”

During her time at Sony, Chernov worked with some of the major label's biggest names, including Tash Sultana, Guy Sebastian, 5 Seconds of Summer's Luke Hemmings, as well as Tones And I.
