Industry's mental health conference Head First gets new date
Head First will now take place on Thursday, October 7.

Support Act's inaugural Head First conference will now take place on Thursday, October 7.
The event is open to anyone in the music community including artists, artist managers, crews and producers, with the aim of giving them a new understanding of the mental health challenges facing the industry today and equipping them with the tools to put their mental health first.
The event was due to take place this month, however it was forced to postpone due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions around the country.
The October event will still take place at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM) with sessions on health, future, workplace and culture, including discussions about sexual health and safety within the industry, burnout, resilience and work/life balance, and the price of musical ambition.
It will be followed by musical performances and networking.
Tickets are $39 and include a light breakfast, hot drinks, lunch, afternoon tea and networking drinks. Existing ticketholders will be contacted shortly.
Support Act's CEO, Clive Miller, urged existing ticketholders to hold onto their tickets.
