Sydney artist services company Good Intent has teamed up with events company Bingo Loco to open a new for-hire photo and video space, Good Loco.

The studio is housed in Marrickville and comes fully equipped with a large cyclorama, cameras, lighting gear, dressing room and vocal booth, among other facilities.

For its first month, Good Loco will be offering free hire services to independent musicians. When booking, artists can enter the promotional code 'Indie' when locking in their preferred date.

Good Loco co-director Rob Carroll said the two companies are spending their time during the pandemic "setting up various projects that are more likely to thrive in a world of restrictions and uncertainty".

"After a series of opportunities fortuitously presented themselves, we pounced on the idea of setting up an inclusive and affordable space for hire, where artists and many others can create meaningful and engaging content," he said.

"As this year has been so challenging for artists, we’d love to give back to the community we are a part of, by offering up free use of the space and equipment throughout the whole month of November to independent musicians."
