SOTD: Two Door Cinema Club return with funk-filled 'Talk'

Two Door Cinema Club have completed their transformation from bopping indie rockers to '80s-inspired funklords.

Their latest cut 'Talk' is the first newie from an incoming fourth album, and from early signs it looks to be cut from the same cloth as 2016's Gameshow LP.

The track is built around a penetrating bass riff and littered with sparkling disco references.

The Irish band have been a staple on the alternative charts for the best part of a decade, and there's nothing to suggest that 'Talk' won't follow in the footsteps of their six previous hits that broke the Top 5 on the TMN Hot 100 Alternative Chart.

They've even broken into the TMN Hot 100 Airplay Chart with early hit 'What You Know' in 2010 and more recently with 2016's 'Bad Decisions'.
