Five recording grants of $15,000 are now available to assist people to create new sound recordings.

QMusic warns that Queensland's live music industry is at dire risk of collapse without further financial support from the Government.

Successful applicants are eligible for up to $100,000 in funding to cover production, marketing, travel, accommodation and quarantine costs to tour the UK.

QMusic is working closely with the Queensland Government.

The meets are in Wollongong, Parramatta, Redfern, Newcastle and Katoomba.

Applications close on March 19 through Australia Council.

Nine recipients were selected to share a further $73,650 for Young Creative Leaders Fellowships.
