Sync Watch: Cookin' On 3 Burners tapped for Vizzy Hard Seltzer campaign

Australian funk band Cookin' On 3 Burners have landed another major sync as part of Vizzy Hard Seltzer's latest advertising campaign in North America.

The new commercial is soundtracked by French DJ and producer Kungs' 2016 remix of the Melbourne trio's 2009 song 'This Girl', which also features an appearance from Bamboos vocalist Kylie Auldist.

Thanks to its catchy composition and undeniable feel-good factor, 'This Girl' has appeared in a number of prominent global advertisements since Kungs' remix hit the charts in 2016.

The song has received sync uses in a range of commercials for Westpac Bank, Just Jeans Australia, KFC, Peugeot and Littlewoods among others, and is also widely recognised by international sporting fans as Liverpool FC's celebration song.

The huge global success of the remixed track has also seen Cookin' On 3 Burners rack up over one billion streams worldwide, landing them a coveted spot on APRA AMCOS' The 1,000,000,000 list.
