Troye Sivan Three Months

Aussie singer, songwriter and actor, Troye Sivan, has a new film out today.

Three Months - available on streaming service Paramount+ - is Sivan's first film since he hit screens back in 2018 in Joel Edgerton's conversion-therapy drama, Boy Erased.

Three Months sees Sivan playing Caleb, a south Floridian teen who is exposed to HIV on the eve of his high school graduation. The film charts his three-month wait for the results as he "finds love in the most unlikely of places".

Sivan also wrote two original songs for the film. 'Trouble' is a collaboration with Jay Som, while for 'Wait', Sivan teamed up with Gordi. Both tracks were produced by Styalz Fuego.

The film is written, directed and executive produced by Jared Frieder.

It also stars Viveik Kalra (Blinded by the Light), Emmy-nominated Brianne Tju (Light as a Feather, I Know What You Did Last Summer), Academy Award winner Ellen Burstyn (The Exorcist, Interstellar), Judy Greer (Archer, Halloween) Javier Munoz (In the Heights, Hamilton), Academy Award winner Louis Gossett, Jr. (Watchmen, An Officer and a Gentleman), and Amy Landecker (Transparent, Dan in Real Life).

Sivan is signed with EMI and Capitol.
