Triple j is throwing a huge free party at WAMFest next month.
The annual month-long showcase of WA's flourishing music scene takes place in November, with triple j's free party being held on the 5th at the James Street Amphitheatre in Perth's Cultural Centre in Northbridge on Whadjuk Noongar Country.
Hosted by Good Nights presenter Bridget Hustwaite, some of the state's best rising stars will be showcasing their talent.
The packed local lineup includes R&B artist Adrian Dzvuke, innovative queerlectro outfit Alter Boy, indie pop band Dulcie, heartfelt indie rockers South Summit, and rock duo Old Mervs.
The event is all ages and entry is free, so the party should fill up quickly. You can find the set times and all other details below.
Hustwaite and Group Music Programmer/Producer Tanya Bunter will also feature on panels a WAMCon, a two-day learn-fest aimed at helping local artists and industry professionals of all level (see below).
