Fan Engagement Platform Tradable Bits Welcomes New APAC General Manager
Tradable Bits, a fan engagement and data company, has hired a new General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region.

Tradable Bits, a fan engagement, data, and marketing solutions company that works across entertainment, sport, and music, has hired a new General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region.
Based in Melbourne, Mike Morris will lead Tradable Bits' APAC operations and growth strategy, working closely with league, team, and entertainment partners. He will help them acquire, unify, and activate first-party and zero-party fan data, which will allow them to drive deeper engagement and measurable commercial outcomes.
Morris brings over 25 years of experience to the role, spanning media, agencies, sport, and technology across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets. He joins Tradable Bits at a pivotal moment, as rights holders across APAC accelerate investment in data, AI, and fan-centric digital strategies.
Prior to joining, Morris was Head of Sales & Commercial Strategy, APAC at ActiveXchange, where he worked with governments, sporting bodies, and community organisations to unlock the power of data and AI across large, complex ecosystems.
He has also held senior leadership roles with Triple M, Cricket Australia, and across the media and agency landscape.
“APAC was one of the first regions Tradable Bits expanded into outside North America, and it continues to be one of our most strategically important markets,” said Darshan Kaler, Co-Founder and CEO of Tradable Bits.
“Mike has a rare ability to connect data, content, commercial strategy, and community impact. His leadership will help our partners turn fan intelligence into real-world engagement and revenue in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.”

Since expanding, Tradable Bits has established a significant presence across APAC, supporting organisations and brands as they transition toward owned fan relationships, privacy-forward data strategies, and AI-powered engagement.
Morris will focus on growing partnerships across live entertainment, professional sport, leagues, federations, and major events, while helping clients future-proof their fan strategies amid rapid change in technology, media consumption, and regulation.
“There’s a clear shift underway. Fans expect more personalised, meaningful experiences, and organisations need better ways to unify fragmented data and activate it responsibly," he said.
"Tradable Bits has proven this model globally, and I’m excited to help scale that impact across APAC - working collaboratively with partners to put fans first while driving sustainable commercial growth.”
