Taylor Swift reputation ART 2017 billboard 1548

The Recording Industry Association of America have just certified Taylor Swift's Reputation 3X Platinum, which denotes 3 million albums sold.

As Billboard reports, this makes Reputation the top album of 2017 in America - according to RIAA. She racked up two million of these sales within the first week. As of today, the album has only been out for a month.

Those are damn impressive numbers for Taylor, but this new record pales in comparison to another great (musical) milestone the artist also achieved this week - her 2009 record Fearless was just certified Diamond by the RIAA.

The album made Swift the youngest artist in history to win the Best New Album Grammy, and also happened to be the highest-selling record of 2009.

Haters gonna hate, but numbers don't lie.
