Unlike 2019, The 2020 Industry Awards will be livestreamed on YouTube in what is the first ever online exclusive event for Music Victoria.
Scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 8th, the 2020 Industry Awards will be broadcast live online to wherever you are across the state.
Hosted by RRR’s Chris Gill and PBS Radio’s Lyndelle Wilkinson, the 2020 Industry Awards will reveal this year's Music Victoria Hall Of Fame inductees and award seven of the 21 industry-voted awards.
The 2020 Industry Awards will be a night of firsts as not only is it the first online event for Music Victoria, the event will also see the inaugural Outstanding Woman In Music Award be handed out and is the first ever edition of the event to be open to the public so music fans can all tune in.
Seven public-voted awards will also be announced at the event, as well as the remaining 14 industry-voted awards. All the remaining categories not handed out at the 2020 Industry Awards will be recognised at the 2020 Music Victoria Awards, which will be held on Wednesday, December 9th.
Voting for all the public-voted categories will open on Thursday, October 8th, so make sure you set a reminder to get your vote in on the day right here.
