Miley Cyrus will headline a pop festival at Sydney’s Allphones Arena on October 18.

The singer revealed the news on KIIS-FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show this morning, announcing she’ll be joined by Redfoo, who is currently a judge on X Factor Australia, Adelaide band At Sunset, Sydney DJ duo the Faders and Sydney rapper Miracle.

The festival will take place a day after the Sydney leg of her national Bangerz tour at the same venue and is presented by KIIS 1065, iHeartRadio (KIIS-FM’s online streaming channel) and Dainty Group, who are currently touring Queen with Adam Lambert.

Titled the iHeartRadio Australia Music Festival, the event mirrors the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas last year, where Cyrus performed her track Wrecking Ball for the first time.

While a full lineup and ticket prices are still to be announced, tickets go on sale September 4 through ticketek.com.au, with presale access through iHeartRadio.
