Lucky Group has tapped Natalie Bannister as its new Director of Artist Management for Teamwrk Management, strengthening the company’s executive bench as it continues an ambitious expansion across music, touring, and entertainment, The Music Network can reveal.

Bannister’s appointment comes as the group continues to bolster its infrastructure and international partnerships, with Teamwrk Management emerging as a key pillar of its artist development and global strategy.

With nearly two decades in global artist management, Bannister brings heavyweight experience from tenures at Q Prime, YMU, and Lateral Management, where she helped steer the careers of major international acts including Snow Patrol, Nicole Scherzinger, Labrinth, and Jessie J.

In the new role, Bannister will oversee Teamwrk Management’s roster — which includes CYRIL, 360, Conrad Sewell, Masked Wolf, Tyron Hapi, and Will Sparks — while guiding its team of managers and shaping strategic direction. She will also work closely with Lucky Group’s leadership to expand its artist-first model and global reach.

“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Natalie as our new Director of Artist Management for Teamwrk Management,” said Jae Butler-Evans, Partner and COO of Lucky Group. “Beyond her wealth of strategic knowledge and unparalleled experience, she’s already proven to be a great cultural fit, it genuinely felt like she had been part of the team for years after our first meeting. Natalie will be a key player in the growth of the company for years to come, and her hiring underscores our ongoing, aggressive investment in the expansion of Lucky Group.”

Bannister said she was drawn to the company’s energy and collaborative ethos. “I’m incredibly excited to be joining the Teamwrk and Lucky Group family,” she said. “The team’s creative energy and commitment to artists is inspiring, and I’m looking forward to contributing to their continued success — helping develop world-class talent and creating opportunities that push boundaries both locally and globally.”

Lucky Group — whose portfolio includes Teamwrk Management, The Gifted Group, Teamwrk Touring, Teamwrk Records, Lucky Agency, Pillar Talent Agency, Ultra Australia, Good Things Festival, and One Eighty Creative — has rapidly grown into one of Australia’s most multifaceted music and entertainment companies, spanning record labels, artist management, touring, and creative services.
