Iggy Azalea has called out her Australian label over the latest issue of Maxim Australia.

The Mullumbimby-born artist features on the cover of the magazine as she topped its Maxim Hot 100 list, a ranking of the Australia’s most beautiful women.

Azalea took to Twitter today to reveal it’s the second time her label allowed her image “to be sold” to a magazine.

"australian label, I love you guys but you allowed my image to be sold to cosmo Aus when I told you I would prefer for that not to happen.

"and now this morning I see you’ve allowed maxim australia to buy an image from a 2011 complex mag shoot and put it on the cover."

Azalea releases her music in this territory through Universal Music Australia.
