One year after launching its Humans of Music podcast, Jaxsta has revealed the series will now be syndicated across the US by satellite and online radio network SiriusXM.

Hosted by Rod Yates, Humans of Music began last December and will air every Monday from next week on VOLUME Channel 106 – Music Talk That Rocks, with repeats throughout the week.

It's the first show from the Southern Hemisphere airing on SiriusXM's VOLUME channel.

Each show will feature Yates in intimate, one-on-one conversations with some of the world’s biggest artists and industry professionals as they discuss their lives and careers, the ups and downs of their journeys, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.

In the first episode, Yates talks with controversial songwriter, author, and artist Amanda Palmer.

"I’m so excited to partner with SiriusXM so we can keep telling these stories across their incredible network,” said Yates, who in June was named Jaxsta's head of original content.

Humans of Music started as a podcast just over a year ago, and it’s some of the most rewarding work I’ve done as a journalist – to have the time to make real connections with my guests as we explore their life is a privilege I don’t take for granted."
