Aside from a live showcases of its acts, Sydney-based label and management company Elefant Traks also celebrates its 20th anniversary with a different kind of event which it has never tried before.

These are sedate, sit-down events to be held in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

They are inspired by the live storytelling events The Moth Series and Women of Letters.

Artists, friends of the label and co-founders Kenny Sabir and Urthboy will share stories with the audience, everything from the tour bus to the recording studio and, we’re told, “the moments in between that are everything.”

All three will be compered by triple j arvo presenters Coda Conduct.

Wednesday November 7:  Thornbury Theatre - Melbourne
