Concord Music ANZ Signs First Southeast Asia Publishing Deal
WIM strikes a global publishing agreement with Concord, marking the music company’s first-ever signing in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Thailand’s WIM is Concord Music Publishing ANZ’s latest signing.
Announced Thursday, July 24th, the Thai artist, songwriter and producer strikes a global publishing agreement with Concord, marking the music company’s first-ever signing in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
“WIM is leading the wave of Thai artists making a global impact - his ability to create work that resonates across borders is rare,” comments Concord Music Publishing’s ANZ VP A&R Matt Tanner, “and we’re incredibly proud to welcome him to the Concord family.”
WIM is the stage name for Karn Kasidej Hongladaromp, one half of the duo HYBS, whose dreamy pop-soul sounds crossed Asian borders and overseas. Think the sonics of Currents-era Tame Impala, with the funk of Donny Benet and the soaring vocals of Budjerah.
Launching his solo career in 2024, WIM has found fans across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Korea, and is prepping the release of a second album, HONEYMOOD, due out August 13th.

The new record is said to expand on WIM’s signature sound of escapism and soulful storytelling.
“So much of this journey started in a small room — just me, a laptop, and feelings I didn’t know what to do with,” WIM explains.
“So, getting to work with a global team like Concord feels like a meaningful step forward — not just for the music, but for the stories I’m trying to tell. I’m incredibly excited for the chance to share these stories with more ears, more hearts, and maybe even a few strangers who need the same songs I needed while writing them.”
Concord Music Publishing ANZ was formed in August 2022 when Concord acquired the Australia-based music publisher Native Tongue. Led by Jaime Gough, the publishing firm is headquartered in Melbourne with staff in Sydney and Auckland.
Recent signings include beloved NZ indie-rock outfit The Beths and Rajan Silva’s breakthrough music project Glass Beams, a performer at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.
The Concord ANZ catalogue includes Dave Dobbyn, The Amity Affliction, Courtney Barnett, M-Phazes, Jon Hume, The Waifs, Holy Holy, Stuart Crichton, Tia Gostelow, Don McGlashan, Aldous Harding, Luude, JessB, Delaney Davidson, The Black Seeds, Shapeshifter, Kingswood, Fanny Lumsden and Marlon Williams.
The WIM signing, reads a statement from Concord Music Publishing, marks a continued commitment to “champion diverse, visionary and culturally impactful artists with strong international potential from across the Asia-Pacific region and around the world.”
