BTS Announce Special Livestream, Netflix Documentary
The special livestream performance and documentary film are in celebration of their forthcoming album, 'Arirang', arriving March 20th.

BTS are hosting a special livestream performance on Netflix in partnership with Hybe.
BTS the Comeback Live | Arirang will be broadcast from Gwanghwamun, Seoul, on March 21st at 7am ET in celebration of their forthcoming album, Arirang, arriving March 20th.
That performance will then be followed by BTS: The Return, a documentary directed by Bao Nguyen exploring the making of the band’s new record. The doc is set to debut on March 27th on Netflix.
A press release says the doc is a “portrait of resilience, brotherhood, and reinvention” as members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, V, Jimin, and Jung Kook reunite in Los Angeles to “create new music that reflects who they are now — culminating in what will become a landmark album of its time.”
The film will also showcase BTS battling with “how to begin again, how to honor the past without being bound by it, and how to move forward together.”
Arirang is the group’s first studio album since 2020’s Map of the Soul: 7 and is named for a traditional Korean folk song renowned both in Korea and around the world.
BTS confirmed last month that they'd be playing shows in Australia next year, as part of an extensive world tour.

The upcoming world tour is in support of their new studio album.
BTS have been in the studio working on their new music since July, promising an album that will “reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas.” RM previously shared, “We’ve waited more earnestly than anyone else,” with Jimin adding, “The year we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived.” V, meanwhile, teased, “In 2026, we’ll make even more good memories, so look forward to it!”
