It’s a rather quiet week on the TMN Social Media Daily 50, with Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry remaining at #1, #2 and #3 respectively.

Rihanna is the first to break the monotony though, with a move of one spot up to #4 from #5. Often in the Top 5, Rihanna is scoring a daily average of 8.75% engagement across all her social media channels, well above the average most have of 4.84%.

Out of her combined following of 106 million, Twitter seems to be performing the best, tracking over 4 million activities in the past 24 hours. A similar figure is found on her YouTube channel, with 7.9% of 18 million subscribers engaging with her content.

With a score in the Top 10 for all social media outlets sans her official website, Rihanna is going to be sticking around in the Top 5 for quite some time.

Meek Mill also enjoys his fair share of movement this week, hitting #17 up from #27. Meek has scored an average of 90.94% activity in the last 24 hours thanks to a huge engagement rate on Twitter, most recently from him tweeting the music video to his new track The Trillest.

Twitter has provided him a total of 11.6 million recorded activities, proving to be his highest engaging form of social media, regardless of the fact that his largest following is on Instagram where he ranks 14th in the world.

Major Lazer scores a small move up to #33 from #35 where Cody Simpson now sits, following a move up from #36. Kendrick Lamar scores a small bump up to #38 from #39. The move is likely to increase following the release of his single with Kanye West, No More Parties In L.A.

BrandData charts are based on 41 weighted engagement events across 5 channels - website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube - any social media that accounts for more than 2.5% of the world’s traffic. For further details and charts on radio and streaming, visit www.branddata.com.
