Katy Perry motors to third Most Added title of 2019
Perry's latest single 'Harleys In Hawaii' proved impossible for radio to resist.

Katy Perry's 2019 pop comeback hit new heights this week, as the singer-songwriter claimed TMN's Most Added To Radio; her third victory of the year.
Latest offering 'Harleys In Hawaii' made it three of out of three for Perry, after 'Never Really Over' in June and 'Small Talk' in August both won their own Most Added races. She joins Dean Lewis, 5SOS and Ed Sheeran as artists to have won three titles this year, with only Taylor Swift ahead of her with four.
An early Hit Network National ATB addition gave Perry the frontrunning, before the Nova Network made things tight, adding Havana Brown's new single 'All Day' ATB for all five stations.
Ultimately, support from Grant Broadcasters CHR, Coles Radio and Ace Radio Network was enough to get Perry over the line in a photo finish.
Aussie group Sheppard scraped into the Top 3 with 'Die Young' thanks to widespread backing from CHR, with barely a head separating the track and Flight Facilities' new Aloe Blacc collab 'Better Than Ever' (which was typically supported by triple j).
Following last week's release of new album 'Hilda', Jessica Mauboy makes it into the Top 5 with 'Selfish'.
