AIR Singles

At the top of the Carlton Dry Independent Singles chart this week is once again Flume featuring Kai, with their track Never Be Like You keeping its #1 spot since last week’s debut. The Rubens’ Hoops jumps to #2 this week up three spots from last week’s #5, pushing Marcus Marr & Chet Faker’s The Trouble With Us to #3.

Sia’s Cheap Thrills sits at #4 up from last week’s #7, meanwhile Meg Mac makes big moves with Never Be moving to #6 up from last week’s #19.

Sia adds another Top 10 hit to her list with Unstoppable debuting at #9 while her other hit Alive sits below at #8 down from last week’s #4.

A few re-entries into the charts this week with Hayden James’ Something About You coming in at #17, as well as Vallis Alps’ Young re-entering at #16 and The Bennies’ Party Machine landing at #12.

We have no movement from the Top 2 spots this week however The Rubens’ Hoops has provided some change coming in at #3 from last week’s #4. The Rubens’ Hold Me Back sits beside it at #4 up one spot from last week’s #5.

Vance Joy’s long time hit Riptide makes its peak in the charts at #7 while The Bennies’ Party Machine re-enters the charts at #8. Boo Seeka’s Fool sits at #11 this week up from #15, and Methyl Ethyl’s Rogues moves to #16 from last week’s #18.

Elizabeth Rose re-enters the charts with Should Would Coulda at #18, as does Sia’s Elastic Heart coming in at #20.

 

AIR Albums

Indie rock golden child Courtney Barnett holds onto her #1 spot that she has become accustomed to with her debut album Sometimes I Sit And Think and Sometimes I Just Sit. Sia’s 1000 Forms Of Fear also holds onto the #2 spot, while Hermitude slides into the #3 spot with Dark Night Sweet Light up from last week’s #5.

Flight Facilities make moves this week with Down To Earth at #6 up from last week’s #11, Russell Morris’ Red Dirt Red Heart holds onto #9 for another week.

The Waifs re-enter the charts with Up All Night coming in at #14, meanwhile Bill Chambers makes his debut into the chart with Cold Trail at #18.
