ARIA Singles

It’s likely we’ll see a new #1 on the ARIA Singles chart next week as Jonas Blue’s Fast Car featuring Dakota is set to move up from #4, its biggest obstacle being Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself.

One other track is on its way into the Top 3, Snakehips’ All My Friends featuring Tinashe & Chance The Rapper which currently sits at #6.

Zara Larsson will enjoy a new peak in the Top 10 with Lush Life up from #15 while Alessia Cara’s Here will see further gains into the Top 15 from #19. Fleur East will take the highest debut in the chart with Sax likely to debut in the Top 25.

ARIA Albums

It could be that come this Saturday’s ARIA Albums chart that a new #1 will be gracing the chart, overthrowing Adele’s long reign with 25. That album is looking more and more like it will be David Bowie’s Blackstar. The news of the star’s death will no doubt push sales even further, with his other album Nothing Has Changed (The Best Of David Bowie) on track to move into the Top 10 as well as various other albums from his huge catalogue, which are predicted to re-enter later in the week.

Adam Brand and the Outlaws’ self-titled is looking for a Top 5 debut with the last notable new entry set to come from the Soundtrack to Straight Outta Compton.
