ARIA Singles
Three singles are set to fight for #1 on the ARIA Singles chart next week, one of which is a new debut. On track to lead the chart at #1 is R. City’s Locked Away featuring Adam Levine, which currently sits at #5; followed by Nelly’s The Fix featuring Jeremih which debuted at #10 this week. The one debut expected to rock the Top 3 bracket is Justin Bieber’s What Do You Mean?. Vance Joy’s Fire And The Flood will find a new peak in the Top 5 from its current position of #8 while Felix Jaehn’s Ain’t Nobody (Loves Me Better) will earn a new peak in the Top 10, up from its current debut point of #21.
ARIA Albums
It’s a similar story on the Albums chart with three albums fighting for #1, all of which are debuts. Expected to take the top spot thus far is The Weeknd’s Beauty Behind The Madness, followed by Halsey’s Badlands and Foals’ What Went Down. If the predictions stick, it would mean that The Weeknd would land his his first ever #1 whilst also marking a new career peak for Halsey. The Paper Kites will find a high entry in the Top 10 with Twelvefour while Gin Wigmore’s Blood To Bone is looking at a Top 20 debut. The only notable movement expected in the Top 50 will be N.W.A’s Greatest Hits, which is likely to enter the Top 30 up from its debut point of #34.
