ARIA Singles
It’s very likely that a new single will end Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ run at #1 with Downtown next week, the likeliest contender being the latest hit from One Direction, Perfect which is on track to debut at the top. The Weeknd’s The Hills is also set to fight for a Top 3 position as it moves up from #10. Aside from that, there are no real movers or debuts to look for until the Top 30 where Demi Lovato’s Confident is on track to debut, whilst Duke Dumont’s Ocean Drive will likely enter the Top 20 from #33. Little Mix’s Love Me Like You and Naughty Boy’sRunnin’ (Lose It All) featuring Beyonce & Arrow are both going to move into the Top 30.
ARIA Albums
Two albums are fighting for the #1 entry next week on the ARIA Albums chart. Leading the charge so far is Hillsong Worship’s Open Heaven/River Wild followed by Demi Lovato’s Confident, both almost guaranteed for a Top 3 entry however. Jamie Lawson’s self-titled album is on track for a Top 5 debut while Pentatonix’s self-titled is set for the Top 10. State Champs’ Around The World And Back will mark the last notable debut with an expected entry somewhere in the Top 30. Only one album is set to make notable progress in regards to movement next week, that album being INXS’s The Very Best which is likely to enter the Top 20 from #39.
