ARIA released a statement emphasising the importance of safety at work and equality within the industry.

The program included a number of revelations about Denis Handlin's time at the top.

The allegations against Glover included bullying, inappropriate touching and harassment.

Sony Music fostered "a culture where discrimination and sexual misconduct were allowed to thrive". 

"I always took immediate action in accordance with the law and best practice," Denis Handlin said.
