It All Starts With TikTok campaign

A collaboration between Baker Boy and Dallas Woods featuring Sampa The Great is the soundtrack to TikTok's first local campaign.

The track, 'Better Days (Airwolf Remix)', plays as the social media giant showcases some local TikTok creators.

TikTok's newly installed director of music, Ollie Wards, said he was 'stoked' to be able to use the song.

"I was really excited to hear that three of Australia's best acts, Baker Boy, Dallas Woods and Sampa The Great, have collaborated on this new track 'Better Days'. So I'm beyond stoked to have a remix of the song as the soundtrack for our first campaign. It'll no doubt be a powerful hit as soon as it's released," he said.

Publicity about the campaign said the platform celebrates its creators, and also broadcasts Australia's "fantastic culture and creativity" to an international audience.

"With a first-time collab between Indigenous artists Baker Boy and Dallas Woods, and ARIA Award winner Sampa The Great, providing the soundtrack to TikTok's first-ever major Australian ad campaign, the work of some our best musicians is set to become an anthem for the nation too," the company said.

The campaign is running across TV networks, digital and billboards.
