You can now throw your fire SoundCloud on Instagram stories

Instagram announced a similar deal with Spotify five months ago.

A new integration deal between SoundCloud and Facebook-owned Instagram now allows creators and users to share songs from its app directly to Instagram Stories.

It is available immediately via the latest versions of the SoundCloud and Instagram mobile apps on iOS and Android.

The new feature enables Instagram users to share tracks from SoundCloud by tapping ‘Share’ on the SoundCloud menu and selecting “Share to Instagram Stories.”

Instagram announced a similar deal with Spotify five months ago.

Instagram recently expanded features to Stories, allowing users to directly add background music t, with thousands of songs offered by the likes of Demi Lovato and Cardi B.

SoundCloud estimates that its creator community shares tens of millions of SoundCloud links and screenshots across social media platforms a month.

The Instagram integration will allow creators to more effectively promote their new music.

The Instagram team-up follows a hive of activity for SoundCoud.

These includes partnering with startup Dubset to clear rights for remixes, opening its monetization program Premier for everyone, and new integrations with DJ softwares like Native Instruments, Mixvibes, Traktor and Virtual DJ.
