Brisbane's Waxflower sign with Select Music [Exclusive]

Brisbane pop-punk outfit Waxflower are undoubtedly looking towards the future with excitement, announcing their signing with Aussie booking agency Select Music today.

Having only been on the scene since early this year, it's taken Waxflower almost no time at all to make a name for themselves, crafting an array of stunning tunes, and performing all over the country whenever possible.

Last week though, the group shared their latest single, 'Together'. A conversation between frontman Tristan Higginson and his anxiety, the tune is emotive and relatable with a classic pop punk core, and is destined to be one of the group's most popular songs to fate.

However, while most groups would be content with letting that news stand alone, Waxflower are the very definition of an unstoppable band, announcing their signing with Aussie booking agency Select Music.

To show you just how excited Select Music are about this signing, resident agents Casey O'Shaughnessy and Jimmy Kleiner have both come on board to help the band cultivate their extremely bright future, undoubtedly serving as a huge indicator of how much the agency believe in the Brisbane outfit.

Amazingly, the good news still doesn't end there, with Waxflower announcing a run of east coast tour dates in support of their latest single.

Kicking off in February at Melbourne's Cherry Bar, the group will hit up Brisbane the next week, before performing at Sydney's Crowbar on March 1st. Check out all the details below!
