Untitled Group has unveiled a comprehensive restructuring of its leadership team, appointing key personnel across artist management, tour operations, and programming divisions to support the company's expanding roster and festival portfolio.

The most significant appointment sees Dan Morgan joining as Artist Manager after 13 years in the music industry.

"I'm really excited for this next chapter of my career, and taking this step feels like a culmination of my journey in the industry so far," Morgan said. "I've admired Untitled Group for quite some time, and I'm thrilled to work alongside the rest of the team to build sustainable businesses for the artists on the Untitled Group roster."

The company has simultaneously strengthened its tour operations infrastructure with two strategic appointments. Stef Russin joins the Sydney office as Tour Operations Manager, bringing two decades of experience from major tours and festivals. Russin's portfolio includes work with established acts such as Keith Urban, KISS, Andrea Bocelli, and Amy Shark. In Melbourne, Lillian Birch assumes the same role with over 10 years of large-scale production experience, having produced more than 250 shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival whilst managing national tours and festivals.

Programming capabilities receive additional support through Declan Long's appointment as Programming Admin Assistant in Melbourne. Long's background encompasses booking, artist management, and festival programming, positioning him to enhance Untitled Group's programming team's operational efficiency.

Internal promotions reflect the company's commitment to developing existing talent. Mia Leigh Ford advances to Tour Director, assuming responsibility for major tours including Dom Dolla and John Summit. Her expanded role encompasses planning, delivery, and oversight of national and international tours, alongside commercial strategy and stakeholder management.

Charlotte Ibbotson's promotion to Senior Tour Operations Manager places her in charge of the touring operations team, overseeing delivery across tours, festivals, and live events spanning theatre venues to arena-scale productions. Michelle Webb transitions into a dedicated Programming Manager position, taking responsibility for curating and securing bookings across Untitled Group's festival portfolio, including Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, AO Live, and partnership projects at the Espy.

Untitled Group Founder and Managing Partner Nick Greco emphasised the strategic importance of these appointments: "Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and these promotions and new hires reflect our ongoing investment in people as well as the growth of Untitled Group. With key team members stepping into senior roles, and Dan joining to strengthen our management team, we're building a team that matches the scale and ambition of our artists and events."
