Ticketek Announces Ten-Year Commitment to Dunedin Venues

Dunedin fans can expect bigger and better live experiences over the next decade, with Ticketek confirming a 10-year partnership with Dunedin Venues Management Ltd.

The deal, running through to 2036, makes Ticketek the exclusive ticketing partner for Forsyth Barr Stadium and the Dunedin Centre, including the Dunedin Town Hall and Glenroy Auditorium. The partnership aims to expand Dunedin’s live event calendar and enhance the fan experience at every stage, from ticket purchase to the final encore.

Bringing together Ticketek’s platform, TEG’s live content expertise, and DVML’s ambition to grow Dunedin as a major events hub.

The collaboration will have several main focuses, including expanding the city’s event calendar with more major sport, live entertainment, and cultural events; streamlining support for promoters and hirers, providing tailored solutions and enhanced venue capability; enhancing ticketing access through evolving technology to improve the experience for fans, promoters, and venues; delivering exceptional on-the-ground fan experiences via dedicated Ticketek support teams; and driving innovation by leveraging data and technology to improve event outcomes.
