TEG Dainty has today announced some big leadership changes, The Music Network can reveal.

The live entertainment company has appointed Lucy Robertson to the position of Director of Touring and Operations. In her new role, Robertson will support teams across the business while continuing to work within the company’s theatrical portfolio — with a key focus on development.

She will report to Paul Dainty AO, AM, President and CEO of TEG Dainty.

Robertson has worked at TEG Dainty for 13 years, first joining the group in 2012 as an Associate Producer. Most recently, she worked as Exectuive Producer on "Tina – The Tina Turner Musical", which toured Australia from 2023 to 2025.

“I’m thrilled to take on this new chapter with TEG Dainty,” Robertson said.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for live entertainment, and I look forward to supporting our talented team and helping shape the next generation of major tours and theatrical experiences for audiences across Australia and beyond.”

Meanwhile, it can also be confirmed that Susie Parks will join TEG Dainty as Executive Producer of Theatrical from next month.

Parks has held a number of producer roles in the live performance and theatre space, and has previously worked at Opera Australia, and Global Creatures. Most recently, she served as Producer & Executive Administrator at Victorian Opera.

Dainty welcomed the new additions to the TEG Dainty group.

“Lucy’s leadership, vision and experience are invaluable as we continue to expand our touring and theatrical operations globally," he said.

"I’m also delighted to welcome Susie to the team — her background and expertise will be instrumental as we grow our theatrical portfolio. Together, they strengthen our commitment to delivering world-class entertainment experiences."

TEG Dainty have a number of big tours and productions coming to Australia in the coming months, including Ricky Martin, Oprah Winfrey, and the Neil Diamond Broadway show, "A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical".
