Spotify has promoted Cassie Gilbert to sales director for Australia and New Zealand.
Her predecessor Andrea Ingham left in July to join BuzzFeed Australia.
Working in global media and tech for the past 15 years, the UK-born Gilbert joined the sales team of the Swiss-headquartered streaming service’s local operations six years ago after she moved to Australia.
In the last two years, she served as group sales director and was charged with leading the Dentsu Aegis and Publicis Groupe accounts.
