Entries are open for the third annual South Australian Music Awards
SA artists and businesses can now enter into the running for publicly-voted People's Choice Awards, and a range of peer-voted categories.

Entries are now open for Music SA's South Australian Music Awards, marking the third year of SA's celebration of its flourishing music industry.
SA artists and music-related businesses have until Sunday August 6 to enter into the running via the website, with a split between publicly-voted People's Choice Awards, and a range of peer-voted categories.
The panel of 20 industry experts voting on the winners this year will include Double J’s Dorothy Markek, A.B Original rapper Trials, Remote Control Records' Harvey Saward, I Oh You Director Johann Ponniah, and more.
Music SA’s General Manager Lisa Bishop is pleased with the increasing level of awareness of the awards across the country and, in turn, the awareness of South Australia's musical depth.
“The calibre of judges for the 2017 SAM Awards is extraordinary and we’d like to thank them for volunteering their time and expertise," she says. "I encourage all eligible artists and music businesses to enter the awards so we can celebrate and champion the very best that South Australian music has to offer this November."
The awards will take place in Adelaide on Thursday November 9th, with more details to come - check out the full list of categories below.
