Olivia Dean has kicked off the new year by staying on top of both the ARIA Albums and Singles chart.

The UK singer-songwriter's 2025-released second album, The Art of Loving, has retained the No. 1 spot on the Albums list for the fifth non-consecutive week, ahead of Taylor Swift's The Life of a Showgirl at No. 2.

Meanwhile, Dean's global hit track, "Man I Need", tops the Singles chart and is now the longest-running No. 1 single by a female artist since Sabrina Carpenter's "Taste", which held the spot for eight weeks in 2024. "Man I Need" is now also the longest-running top song by a female English artist since Kate Bush's 1985 classic, "Running Up That Hill", which held No. 1 for nine weeks in 2022.

The Australian Artist Albums chart is led by Tame Impala's Deadbeat, followed by 5 Seconds of Summer's EVERYONE'S A STAR!.
