According to the International Federation of The Phonographic Industry’s 2017 report, the global recorded music industry’s revenue from the use of music in advertising, film, games, television, on-demand and brand partnerships made up 2% of 2016’s overall US$15.7 billion.

This was a 2.8% rise from 2015, which itself had shown a 7% growth from the year before.

The Los Angeles based global meet MUSEXPO, a conference which aims to inspire new ideas and business innovation with a global focus, announced this morning the addition of leading sync executives to its speakers and attendees lists.

Aside from providing insights to the growing sector, MUSEXPO also offers an interactive panel session giving delegates access to opportunities in all the sync sectors including opportunities to have music heard directly by leading music supervisors.
