First round of speakers revealed for MUSEXPO Creative Summit 2020

Leaders and innovators from music, digital and media landscape will head to LA for MUSEXPO.

If you're planning a trip to Los Angeles next year, March could be the perfect month.

The first round of speakers for MUSEXPO Creative Summit 2020 includes leaders and innovators from all facets of the worldwide music, digital and media landscape.

The Summit is a week-long series of events including the Global Synch & Brands Summit, A&R Summit and Worldwide Radio Summit.

They are all part of California Entertainment Week, which will place March 22 – 27 in Burbank, California.

Confirmed to speak are Alexandra Patsavas, founder, Chop Shop Music Supervision; Alicen Catron Schneider, senior VP of music creative, NBCUniversal Television; Aton Ben–Horin - global VP of A&R at Warner Music Group; and Bob Lefsetz, publisher of The Lefsetz Letter.

Cybele Pettus is senior music supervisor, Electronic Arts; Daryl Berg is VP of music strategy & licensing, Crown Media; while award-winning producer/songwriter Evan Bogart has worked with Beyoncé, Rihanna, Adam Lambert, Demi Lovato and Jason Derülo.

From India is Mandar Thakur, COO of Times Music Group, while from Germany are Markus Kuehn and Mona Rubsämen who are managing partners of Flux FM.

Music supervision firm Hit The Ground Running features as part of a synch session at MUSEXPO 2020, with multiple members of its team participating, for a deep–dive into the dozens of film, TV and trailer projects they’re working on.

Reeperbahn Festival will bring almost two dozen German companies to Burbank as part of its International program for direct engagement with US and global companies attending.

It all takes place at the inspiring resort-like Castaway venue for networking, creative and business experience.

California Entertainment Week will include the presentation of the “MUSEXPO International Music Person of the Year” award during a VIP awards gala luncheon on Tuesday, March 24.

This year’s honour goes to Lisa Worden, alternative rock brand manager for iHeartMedia, and program director of ALT 98.7.
