Well, you may have noticed that on Monday evening we released the shortlist for the inaugural The Industry Observer Awards, presented by TicketWeb.

Not surprisingly, we have heard a lot of opinions regarding the shortlist, mostly along the lines of "I can't believe you used that that terrible photo of me" and "I cannot believe that ___ missed out on a nomination!"

Well, firstly, that's just what your face looks like, but it's a beautiful face and a very good photo of you. Secondly, the judging process is here for those wondering.
