Jay-Z may have founded Roc Nation back in 2008, but that doesn't mean he can just slap the logo over anything he pleases.

At least, that's according to Iconix Brand Group, who are alleging they bought the Roc Nation logo for $204 million from Jay-Z - and that the San Francisco Giants used the logo on official MLB merchandise.

The company are after 10 million each from Jay-Z, Roc Nation, New Era, LIDS, and the Giants.

Now, this story originated from TMZ, so it's hard to verify the veracity of the story, but they also broke news that Michael Jackson died, and that turned out to be very true.
