Good Manners launches new boutique label Coalesce Records
Coalesce Records seeks to represent the best in Australian hyper-pop, punk and electronica.

Melbourne-based music management agency and record label Good Manners has launched a new label imprint, Coalesce Records.
Dubbed as "a new label welcoming a new era of music in Australia", Coalesce Records looks to champion some of the country's most exciting underground and fringe acts.
The label will place an emphasis on the forward-thinking production and abrasive textures found in genres like hyper-pop, punk and electronica, and "music that sounds equally at home in a DIY club venue or ricocheting off the brick walls of an abandoned warehouse".
Coalesce Records launches with an initial roster that consists of cookii, Hearteyes and Lonelyspeck, representing the label's vision to unite a community of Australia's best genre-warping acts.
"We have loved watching their journey across the music landscape so far - some of us following even closer from Good Manners HQ - and simply can’t wait to share what they’ve been working on," a statement from the label said.
