Finalists announced for Rockin The Puburbs 2018

This year’s Rockin The Puburbs received nearly 200 entries across NSW as acts vied to win a headline tour of NSW pubs.

An initiative of the NSW chapter of the Australian Hotels Association, the $15,000 prize package also includes the tour, a dedicated tour publicist and mentoring sessions with industry experts.

Ten acts were chosen by the panel of judges:

Dande and the Lion

Fiction Writer

Grizzlee Train

Michael Duchesne

Mookhi

Pirra

Romi

Spruced Moose

Tullara

The winner will be announced on Monday September 24.

Last year’s winner, Sydney punk-pop band Rackett are about to go on their Tried To Quit tour over October to December.

Industry supporters of the competition are APRA AMCOS,  Music NSW and Young Henry’s.
