Caroline Australia have partnered with Spinning Top, the Perth-based management, home and label of Pond, Tame Impala, Cameron Avery, Peter Bibby, and all in that productive little stable of artists.

Caroline will now distribute the catalogue and all forthcoming releases on the Spinning Top roster, and work with them on local marketing.

Jodie Regan, Owner of Spinning Top says of the team-up: "We started a label over here at Spinning Top with the idea that the artists on our label would have the freedom to release the music they wanted, whenever and however they pleased.

"We firmly believe that partnering with such fine folks as Tim and George over at Caroline Australia will give us the resources and flexibility to help us serve our artists exactly as we always intended. So excited to start working on all the brilliant releases from these amazing artists and making all our hopes become reality."

Tim Janes, General Manager at Caroline Australia, adds: "We’re obviously excited to be teaming with Jodie, Garth and the Spinning Top extended family.  With Peter Bibby, GUM, Nicholas Allbrook and Fascinator set for album releases in the not too distant future it really feels like an incredible time to be partnering with these guys.

"After spending some time with them we’re also  total fans of their attitude and relationship with their artists. We can’t wait to help them promote this motley and super-talented roster.”

The first release under the new partnership will be the new record from warped balladeer Peter Bibby 'Medicine', which is out September 8 - which is this time next week.
