After the success of the inaugural Australian edition of UK’s heavy rock Download Festival, promoters Live Nation, UNIFIED and Secret Sounds Present have confirmed it will return in 2019.
In late March it drew nearly 30,000 black T-shirted punters to Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne.
In 2019, it will return to the racecourse on Monday, March 11 and makes its Sydney debut at Parramatta Park two days before on Saturday, March 9.
“We promise it’s a corker!” organisers said.
