Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) has been sued by his former record label Glassnote Records. The label has claimed that it is owed over $700,000 worth of streaming royalties.
According to TMZ, Glassnote has claimed that it has paid Glover nearly $8,000,000 in royalties and is expected to fork out $2,000,000 more over the next three months.
Three of glover's studio albums have been released through Glassnote: Camp (2013), Because The Internet (2013) and Awaken, My Love! (2018).
This comes shortly after the claims that Glover's 'This Is America' was stolen from another artist.
Childish Gambino will be hitting Australian shores in November, as a part of Canberra's Spilt Milk festival. He'll also be playing sideshows in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.
