Delta Goodrem dominates ratings with The Voice, Olivia biopic

Delta Goodrem was the feature of television’s two biggest entertainment offerings last night, on two different networks.

The Voice on Nine went back over the 1 million mark for overnight metro viewers.

It was third highest rating show of the night, and highest of all non-news programs.

The first part of the two-part Olivia Newton-John biopic Hopelessly Devoted To You was the second non-news program (or #5 for the night) after 731,000 tuned in to Seven to see Goodrem in the lead role.

The second part will show on May 20 at 8.30pm.

The SBS telecast of the Eurovision grand final failed to rank in last night’s Top 20.

Jessica Mauboy’s acclaimed performance ranked Australia at #12 in the jury vote, but the public vote of just nine pushed her down to a disappointing #20 out of 26 finalists.
