The CLIPPED Music Video Festival return this year, with a new home at Carriage Works and guest speakers such as Jesse Kanda (FKA Twigs), Sarah Blasko, Anthony Rose (The Veronicas) and Mclean Stephenson - among numerous others.

The festival celebrates the art of the music video, and to that end, the organisers have announced a competition to expose and reward the best local music video producers.

There are $17,000 in prizes from Panavision, Blackmagic Design, Røde Microphones, M·A·C, ZOOM, Silicon Power, and more - and videos can be submitted in numerous categories: Best Video, Directing, Editing, Cinematography, Animation, Visual Effects, Makeup, and more.

Entries close on May 7, and you can enter here - don't forget to check out those terms and conditions that competitions love so much.
