Olympia ShootToForget Awards

The fourth annual CLIPPED Music Video Festival saw over 400 submissions from across Australia and New Zealand.

The event took place on June 15, with the Australian and New Zealand Finalist Top 40 music videos screened throughout the night and over $20,000 worth of prizes given away.

Some of the big winners included Ivy-Jane Brown for ‘Savannah’ taking home Best Australia Video, and ‘Feeling Free’ by Leisure taking the top NZ award.

Other winners on the night included clips from Guy Sebastian, Washington, Olympia and Peking Duk.

“There were over 400 submissions to this year’s awards, so the International judging panel really had their work cut out for them,” said CLIPPED festival director Sam Bright.

“Music videos are an art form in themselves and with all our winners, runners up and even nominees, we recognised a true dedication to the craft as well as a high level of creative output.”
