Cancelled Ariana Grande Tickets Set for Re‑Release in Controlled Ticketmaster Drop
Ticketmaster has announced new tickets for Ariana Grande's tour after pulling back a batch linked to sellers that breached rules.

Ticketmaster has announced a new opportunity for Ariana Grande fans to secure seats for her highly anticipated Eternal Sunshine tour after pulling back a batch of tickets linked to sellers that breached the platform’s rules.
Per Variety, the company revealed it is planning a controlled release of these previously cancelled tickets in February, with fans able to submit requests during a designated window. Priority will be given to people whose tickets were voided through no fault of their own - for example, when a reseller’s violation led to a cancellation - although many selections will also be made at random.
Ticketmaster said the move comes on the heels of a review carried out last October, when a “small portion” of Eternal Sunshine tickets were pulled after being identified as violating its terms of ticket purchase. The aim, the company said, is to ensure seats end up with genuine fans rather than bad‑faith resellers.
In its statement, Ticketmaster explained that fans who qualify through the request process will have their credit cards charged automatically and receive confirmation details by email if their application is successful.
Grande herself acknowledged the ticketing challenges on social media, thanking fans for their patience. According to reports, her team has also worked to keep ticket pricing accessible by avoiding dynamic pricing mechanisms such as platinum or real‑time price scaling - a strategy that, while keeping face‑value tickets lower, may have inadvertently reduced the number available on the secondary market and driven prices up.

The Eternal Sunshine tour marks Grande’s first major stretch of live dates in several years and is due to kick off in June 2026, with stops across North America and beyond. In an interview in November, she said that the trek might be her “last hurrah” and “might not happen again for a long time.”
It comes in support of her 2024 album which blended her signature pop/R&B sound with introspective lyrics and experimental production. The record delved into themes of love, loss, and personal growth, showcasing Grande’s vocal versatility across shimmering ballads, danceable anthems, and genre-bending tracks.
Critics praised the album for its emotional depth and polished craftsmanship, calling it one of her most ambitious and cohesive projects to date.
