Applications for the 2022 ARIA Observership Program are now open
ARIA is encouraging female and non-binary ARIA member employees to apply for this year's program.

The ARIA Board has announced that applications for the 2022 ARIA Observership Program are now open.
The ARIA Observership Program is part of the organisation's commitment to identifying and promoting emerging talent, and enhancing diversity within the music industry.
For 2022, the program will be made available to female and non-binary employees of ARIA members.
ARIA members can nominate an employee who fits the selection criteria and is aged between 25 - 40.
Applications are free for all ARIA members and can be submitted online, with the portal remaining open until Sunday July 4.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to attend TOPL (The Observership Program Limited) program workshops in Sydney or Melbourne, as well as taking part in designated ARIA Board and Committee meetings over the course of the year.
This year, Sony Music's senior director of audience development and digital communications Sophie Paterson has been the ARIA's board observer.
