AIR announces five label nominations, new $20k prize pack introduced

Moshtix is offering to the winner a digital marketing package valued at $20,000 to help showcase their acts to the public.

The Australian Record Labels Association (AIR) this morning announced its five nominations for Best Independent Label at the AIR Awards.

This year there’s also a new $20,000 digital prize.

The final five are:

ABC Music

Milk! Records

Dot Dash Recordings

Bad Apples Music

UNFD

One of the awards’ partners, independent ticketing company Moshtix, is offering a new prize for the winner – a digital marketing package valued at $20,000 to help showcase their acts to the public.

The winner, to be voted for by AIR members, will be announced at the AIR Awards on Thursday, July 26 at the Queen’s Theatre, Adelaide.

Previous category winners are Pieater, I OH YOU, Milk! Records, Future Classic and Elefant Traks.
